1. Research use only

All products sold by Limitless Biotech are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not approved for human consumption, clinical use, veterinary use, food, cosmetic, or therapeutic use. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher (or research institution) and that you will use the products in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to order. We reserve the right to verify the research nature of any order and to cancel orders we believe in good faith are intended for human consumption.

3. Pricing & availability

Prices are listed in United States dollars and may change without notice. Inventory is finite; in the rare event a product becomes unavailable after order placement we will email you to offer a substitute or full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund is issued.

4. Payment

Orders ship only after payment is confirmed. Accepted methods are listed on the payment methods page. Payment instructions are emailed after checkout.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date — see the shipping page for the claim process.

6. Returns & refunds

Unopened, unused product in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less return shipping. Opened vials cannot be accepted for return. To initiate a return, email sales@limitlesslifenootropics.st within 30 days of delivery.

7. Quality & warranty

We warrant that every shipped lot meets the purity and identity specifications listed on its Certificate of Analysis. If a lot fails to meet specification on independent testing, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the lot or refund your purchase price. This is the sole and exclusive warranty.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Biotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product sold on this site, or from any breach of these terms. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, logos, and structured data — is the property of Limitless Biotech and is protected by United States and international copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or scrape content without prior written consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the United States.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
